Mooch, Inc. (hereinafter, “Event Exchange”, “we”, or “us”), and/or its officer(s) is the owner of EventExchange.co, which is an online platform facilitating the rental and listings of event rental equipment, including not limited to tables, chairs, lights, av, decor, props, carts, and other equipment (hereinafter, “listing” or “listings”).

At Event Exchange, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you access our peer-to-peer community event rental platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected on the Platform and does not cover offline or third-party websites.

Children Under the Age of 18

The Platform is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use or provide any information on the Platform.

These technologies help us improve the Platform's performance and customize your experience.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

Because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter data collection and use practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Use of Stripe for Payment Processing

Making or accepting payment requires you to maintain an account with Event Exchange's payment processor ("Payment Provider"). Event Exchange uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a payment processing service, as its Payment Provider. If you wish to use this feature, you must enroll for the service through Stripe. By enrolling, you enter into an agreement with Stripe subject to the terms of the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). Event Exchange is not a party to the Stripe Services Agreement and is not responsible for the payment services provided by Stripe. If Stripe discontinues providing services in connection with making or accepting payments through the Platform, you authorize Stripe to share your payment method information with an alternative Payment Provider.

Modifications to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify the Platform or revise and update this Privacy Policy (along with Event Exchange’s Terms of Service and Community Rules) from time to time, at our sole discretion. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Modified” date in this Privacy Policy and post a notification on the Platform regarding the modification on the Platform. By continuing to access or use our Platform after we have posted a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Community Rules. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. If the modified Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to stop using and accessing the Platform
